Wholesale Programs By Miller Modern Art
Gallery owners, interior designers, real estate agencies and retail stores are an important part of our business. We have designed flexible wholesale programs to suit a variety of wholesale needs. Here are some highlights of the programs we have in place.

Artwork Rentals:
Miller Modern Art provides rental opportunities for our clients. This is an excellent way for your clients to try out a painting before purchasing. It is also an extremely useful tool when staging a new home for sale or participating in a trade show or expo.
We do require a $100.00 deposit on all rentals, in addition to payment in full prior to installation of the artwork. Your deposit and rental payments may be applied towards the purchase of your artwork. Deposits are refundable at the end of your lease term, when the artwork arrives back at our studio in the same condition it went out in. Our prices include installation help if you are in the local area or shipping in the US if not. We ask that if you wish to return the artwork or extend your lease, that you give us 2 weeks notice via email.

Wholesale Purchasing:
We provide aggressive pricing for wholesale purchases based on the size of your orders and your expected monthly purchases. Our wholesale discounts range from 10% up to 60% off our retail prices. In order to participate in our program and review our discount schedules, we ask that you email us your full contact information, description of your business and expected monthly purchases.
Referral Program:
Commissions available if you would like to just give out our web address and have your friends, business partners, clients etc visit our site and purchase. Contact us via email if this is the option you prefer.
Consignments:
We do work with wholesale clients on consignment. If you have a consignment program in place, you may email us your contract and references. We will also need to know which of our pieces/series you are interested in showing. Aftering reviewing your terms, we will let you know if your contract terms are acceptable or if we require changes. If you do not have a contract, we would be happy to supply our standard contract to you. For local companies, we offer commissions if we sell one of the paintings you have direct through our websites.
