Miller Modern Art Donates To Charities
As some of you may or may not know, Miller Modern Art is in the process of designing and implementing an "Art for Charity" program which will officially begin in 2009. However, we have several charity events happening this year. From now until January 1st, 2009, we will be giving 50% of all donations made to our pmillerabstractart.blogspot.com site to budding, young entrepreneur, Brandon "DJ" Meiklejohn, 13 yrs old. We have also donated the painting "City Lights" to be used in his marketing materials and designed his logo for him. For more information, see our website: millermodernart.com
In addition, Pamela is donating a painting and making others available on consignment at the MOM Foundation's September 13 Horse Show and Country Dance in Howard County, MD. The artist selected MOM Foundation as her January, 2009 featured charity for her Art for Charity program. "Her commitment to helping our mission of reaching more survivors is very appreciated," said Jane Ali executive director of the MOM Foundation. Art for Charity-Coming Soon
Coming in 2009, Miller Modern Art will be implementing a new charity program! We’d like to offer a selection of paintings/fine art prints that if purchased that month, 30% of the paintings sale price will be given to a charity (pre-determined one for each month).
